I follow a deeply-regimented, highly-structured, and obnoxiously-complicated process so you don’t have to!
Your name is pretty darn important, and unless you’re willing to devote the hours and hours and hours it takes to discover rare words in other languages and blend them with extinct languages from long-forgotten countries, I suggest handing it off to professionals (OK, not all naming projects are that complex, but you get the idea.)
My basic process goes like this:
1. Interview you to find out everything there is to know about your company, preferences, inspirations, and all that other crap you’re dying to tell me.
2. Work my magic by scouring the internet and using a special naming tool I’ve had custom made to generate plenty of naming options.
3 . Dig through them all and find ones that make the most sense with your company, customer-base, style, product, etc.
4. Present them to you in your format of choice, and hopefully one will stick out like a sore thumb and be all yours!
